In 2009, the Marcoot sisters and their life-long friend Audie decided to return home to their family farm and begin making cheese. Sustainability is a key component for their family and farm and it guides the methods in which they take care of their herd, the way they produce their cheese, and designed their facility. Their Whey Ice is no exception. This story-driven advertisement was created to explain and market their product as part of a presentation to brokers.
